Baymard’s Online Grocery UX research is based on more than 70 qualitative subject/site usability test sessions following the “Think Aloud” protocol.
During testing, the users encountered 700+ medium-to-severe usability issues on the Online Grocery websites, and users repeatedly abandoned grocery sites and apps due to issues with product finding, product information, or site features.
