This is a case study of Apple Music’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 249 design elements. 213 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

Apple Music’s overall e-commerce UX performance is poor. This is mainly due to broken Sign-Up & Account Management, broken Checkout, and poor Page Types & Design performances. That said, their site performs well within Homepage & Navigation.
