This is a case study of CVS’ e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 540 design elements. 243 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

CVS’s overall e-commerce UX performance is mediocre. It is especially issues related to broken Homepage & Category, poor Site-Wide Features, and poor On-Site Search that detract from CVS’s UX performance.
