This is a case study of Hitachi’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 463 design elements. 243 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

Hitachi’s overall e-commerce UX performance is broken. This is mainly due to broken On-Site Search, Product Lists & Filtering, and Mobile Web performances.

First benchmarked in January 2021 and reviewed once in October 2022.
