This is a case study of Mouser’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 421 design elements. 249 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.
Mouser’s overall e-commerce UX performance is poor. Some of Mouser’s biggest UX issues are caused by poor Desktop Web and Mobile Web performances.
First benchmarked in September 2022 and reviewed once in July 2024.
