McDonalds’ overall e-commerce UX performance is mediocre. Some of McDonalds’ biggest UX issues are caused by broken Mobile App On-Site Search, Mobile App Menu Item Pages, and Mobile App Homepage & Category Navigation performances. That said, their site performs great within Mobile App Accounts & Self-Service.
