This is a case study of State Farm’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 147 design elements. 243 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

State Farm’s overall e-commerce UX performance is decent. This is mainly due to good Mobile Site-Wide Design & Interaction while simultaneously having poor Mobile Product Page Layout & Descriptions and mediocre Site-Wide Design & Interaction.
