DoorDash UX Case Study

This is a case study of DoorDash’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 214 design elements. 250 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

DoorDash’s overall e-commerce UX performance is mediocre. DoorDash’s UX performance in particular suffers from usability issues caused by broken Mobile Web On-Site Search, poor Mobile Web Restaurant Lists & Menus, and poor Mobile Web Homepage & Category Navigation. That said, their site performs well within Mobile Web Customer Accounts & Order Tracking.
