This is a case study of AutoDoc’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 516 design elements. 243 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

AutoDoc’s overall e-commerce UX performance is poor. This is mainly due to broken Homepage & Category Navigation, poor Mobile Web, and mediocre On-Site Search performances. That said, their site performs well within Site-Wide Features & Navigation.
