Musician’s Friend UX Case Study

This is a case study of Musician’s Friend’s e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 486 design elements. 250 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

Musician’s Friend’s overall e-commerce UX performance is mediocre. On a positive note, Musician’s Friend has perfect Site-Wide Features. This is, however, curtailed by mediocre Product Lists & Filtering and Cart & Checkout performances.
